POMBC scholarly writing retreat encourages and supports the professional development of early career scholars in POMBC through these approaches and activities: This research writing retreat is organized and sponsored by The POMBC Governing Council as a fundamental step to equip academic staff to publish first industry-aligned research reports as a foundation to partnering with corporate and government stakeholders in 2027. Additionally, the research writing retreat fosters deeper research connections and collaboration, which are necessary to develop the research acumen of academic staff in POMBC.
