Welcome Message
Welcome to the Department of Human Resource Management at Port Moresby Business College (POMBC)!
We are dedicated to building Papua New Guinea’s future HR leaders through a practical, industry-focused education that covers essential business skills, labour law, and strategic people management.
By partnering closely with bodies like the Papua New Guinea Human Resource Institute (PNGHRI), we connect our students directly with corporate experts through guest lectures, workshops, and professional conference visits. Whether you are a prospective student or an industry partner, we invite you to join us in driving professional excellence across PNG.
The Diploma in Human Resource Management at Port Moresby Business College (POMBC) is a two-year program designed to develop competent HR professionals.
