Organizational Structure

The organizational structure of POMBC is designed to promote effective leadership, high-quality education, and streamlined administrative processes. At the top sits the Governing Council, which sets strategy, oversees policy, and ensures proper governance for the college. The Principal leads the College, directing all academic and administrative activities. Reporting to the Principal are core units, including Academic Affairs, Administration, Finance, ICT, Student Services, library Information, and individual Academic Departments. Each unit is headed by a department leader responsible for planning, supervising, and executing college policies and initiatives. This structure establishes clear authority, facilitates efficient communication, and delivers coordinated support for staff and students throughout the College.
